The Decision Education Foundation was founded in 2001 as a nonprofit organization with the mission  to improve the lives of young people by empowering them with effective decision skills. Its founders included professional educators, decision professionals, successful business people, and parents with a passion for educating youth and a belief in the power of an individual’s decisions to positively shape their own lives, as well as improve the lives of other individuals and of society.
